Godspeed SansaClaus ... when I first tried installing WinXP SP3 on my computer it crashed and I'm running a dual core system!

SansaClaus, before you upgrade to the service packs, go to the start menu, choose run, then type WINVER. This will let you know what service pack you are running.

Musichound, the way I said before would say the same stuff. He needs SP2 minimum to get MTP drivers to work.

Ouch, I have never had a system that crashed with SP3 tho.
