Philips SA6045 - Incorrect format

I am having problem with my MP3 player PHILIPS SA6045/02 4GB.
Whenever i upload any videos via Philips Media Converter, player refuses to play it, the screen starts blinking and for few seconds notice appers that Video is in incorrect format, no matter what i upload, even the windows sample videos, i always get this error. I never had this error before, my player will be soon 1 year old, i got it as a present in January. I have tried doing player reset but that did not help, i also tried updating my player but that also did not help.

I really hope that you can help me regarding this issue.

Um, UP.. Is this really fixable?
I would really like this problem fixed if possible..
