yh-j70 recharge problems

Hello ,i've this problem:
I cant recharge my yh-j70.I connect it with usb on my pc.it says system loading bla bla and i can view my stuff in it , but its not loading.I tryed some drivers stuff i couldnt find anything on the internet so can u help me? how i can make my pc to recharge it.I tryed on other 2 pc's but its not recharging either...Also i takes 1-2 mins to show me the stuff and after 2-3 mins it turns off , after 2mins on and off etc...
