Default Does Switching to Korean Firmware void warranty?

Hi, I wanted to switch to Korean Firmware to use the dictionary function, as well as switch to UMS from MTS to use it as a removable storage.

However, i was worried that doing this would void my warranty <- bad experience with warranties... my k-3 broke a few days after the warranty ended...

can anybody help me? i need a dictionary function as well as the UMS to use it in school.

I dont' think it will void the warranty since you didn't actually cause any physical damage to it. As long as it works, then the warranty should be good-- right?

I think removable storage function will work if your P2 is UMS type. You mean to say, you want to use it as mass storage device.
