Which T-xx player has selectable (> 128) line-in recording bitrate? I have read somewhere that the T-30 was officially announced as having this feature.

And does it record in mp3 format?

I am looking for a cheap (second hand) player with these characteristics.

I can say that the T50 and T60 do not have line in unfortunately.

It is able to record via line-in in three different qualities:

Low = 128 kbps
Middle = 256 kbps
High = 320 kbps
