format player? i just updated the u5 to the newest firmware

It is all a mess. The player wont work. I cannot copy music on the player and when I'm in the menu there is no font at all. What the fuck is going on?

There are just the sings and stuff like that :X What am I supposed to do? Can I format the player? :x

Well, the radio works but when I connect the player to windows the usb storage does not work. Please, anyone :x There is not access. Well, I could format the player but I guess nothing will work then because I deleted the software on the player. Anyone suggestions? I just bought it today - I never even had the chance to listen to music.

How can this be? I did everything like I had to.

you need a font file, but doing the upgrade should include it
