Default Both computers cannot see T10 anymore.

I know this question has been asked many times before, but I cannot seem to find the correct solution for my problem(s).

About a week ago I was putting new music onto my 2GB 3.06 T10. It was working fine. After several hours I went to charge it once again and put more music onto it. My computer does not recognize my T10. I uninstalled Samsung Media and re-downloaded it from the Samsung official website. It didn't work.

On my secondary computer it cannot recognize it either. I tried the same uninstalling and re-downloading method and it didn't seem to help. I went through Device manager and it notified me that T10 could not been recognized. Now, the computer sees it as a MTP. But it still can charge. (unlike the other computer, which says it's charging when it's not.)

I don't have the installation disc that came with the Samsung T10 either. (it got lost, meh...) So, hopefully someone can help me considering I can't live without music. I don't want to spend my money for a new digital audio player.

Thanks for reading.

Make sure you don't have a service called LibUsb-32 isn't running and that windows media player is up to date.
