I'm bumping to get this thread above the broken BECIIscope [VP] thread. I alerted the mods and hopfully the'll remove the other one.

Is the oscilloscope supposed to work, or is it supposed to just be a blue horizontal line?

Well, it's supposed to look like the picture above, with jagged lines. It really isn't an oscilloscope because I don't think there are any plugs for probes. It will show the same pattern no matter what song is playing or how loud or soft the music. It's mearly a "mock" oscilloscope.

I just get a blue horizontal line, no jaggies, but it looks better that way if it's a static screen.
Cool theme though, was the first I downloaded (Found it on some other site, didn't see the thread on here until yesterday) and I don't think I'll switch away from it any time soon, keep up the good work.

What you are referring to is the song 'progress bar'. It changes from the 'flat-line' as the song progresses. If yours is stationary, it probably means your player is on PAUSE. Hit PLAY & the 'spikes' will begin to appear on the left. Very ingenius & innovative, using stationary images to simulate movement.

This too, is one of my favorites. Actually, most of my themes were created by carpenter940. He is truly talented at this. His 'Dancing Cat' theme though is one that would drive me nuts! But I believe he said he created it for his daughter, so I'm sure she loves it!

He and his creations inspired me to create my own. Of course, it's my new favorite. Maybe I'll post it here some day.

It was on play, I suppose the build I had was old/new/different from the one this was made for, and that made the progress bar break that way.
