Nice. If you can't beat your competition in a fair market, beat 'em in court.

I wonder what exact patents SanDisk is claiming had been infringed...

SanDisk is already one (if not the most) of the most successful manufacturers in flash cards. I guess they want to "destroy" the competition (that isn't fair but hey...this is business). I hope they don't win, since it would be terrible for the overall flash market...

Haha, even though those industries are competitive, somethings still slip. I remember a few years ago when flash card makers were sued for fixing the prices. Anyone remember that, or am i going crazy?

man that is really petty is adata being sued cause my adata thumb drive shows up as a sandisk drive? well if adata did steal sandisk's stuff at least it should be reliable.

I've always bought SanDisk cards and USB sticks, the speed, quality and durability of them is unmatched. I'm glad to see they're getting back what's rightfully theirs, but I'm not too pleased that our dirt cheap cards may not be so cheap in the near future.
