Default Lost my e260 thinking about a Clip - anyone have both ?

Hi,

I have misplaced my e260. I never really used the video features of it. Was curious to hear anyone that has both and any pro's cons between the two. I am somewhat intrigued by the comments that the unit offers better sound quality.

Thanks

Derek.

I'd go for the clip in a heart beat if you didn't use the video feature you won't miss anything. The clip is a awesome player with great features.

I will say the Clip's sound quality is way better compared to my e280v1. I will say the Clip is a good buy. If you want a microSDHC slot, go with the Sansa Fuze.

+1 - you can't go wrong with either player. I have a D2 and I can honestly say the SQ on these 2 players is PHENOMENAL!! Would prob have a Fuze if I didn't have me baby - thats how good they sound.

I have the 4gb clip and a e260 v.1 and e280 v.2 and i like all three

i think the sound quality between the clip and the 280 are the same

i can't think of any cons for the either of them

I own both and the sq on the clip should really impress you with a good pair of phones or iem's, way better than the e260

I agree- I had an e260, and didn't like the sound quality at all. Bought the Clip a year later and WOW. I really, really noticed a huge SQ difference.

What would be some good headphones to get for the clip?

I had a E2something and a clip and the clip is just way better. D2 is definitely the way to go though.
