music not organised in album/artist.. menus

Hello

I have recently bought a iRiver E100. It works ok but although all my .mp3 have their ID3 tags filled, the songs do not appear under the artist/album (music ) menu entries.

Consequently I must all the time browse the 'all music' directory to find the music I want to hear (or create many play lists).

Did I miss sth
