Default Official Sony Forum?

Does Sony have an "official" support forum? I searched around on their website and couldn't find one.

Sony has no official online forums regarding support, there is though atraclife.com, bascially sony fans helping out those in need.

Thanks for the info. I'm thinking about returning to Sony. I've got a 30GB Video iPod that's never had the sound quality I like. I used to have a Sony mini disk player and the sound was great. I guess I was just feeling things out to see is Sony has a good support network ( a place to find answers, etc..)

I like the new sony players. They are much smaller and lighter then the iPods. If you don't mind smaller, (8 gig) then Sony is the player for you. I have over 500 songs on my 4 gig now and still have about 1.4 gig left. I don't need to carry all my music with me.

It sounds great and people I show it to think it looks better then the fat nano. They say the nano loooks like a toy next to the Sony player.

Talking Podcasts

I just a brought a Sony NWZ-A728B, after going through 2 Sansa Views. I would like to know if there is a special place to put downloaded Podcasts without it showing up in the music list.

Thanks!
