I just bought an E280 player, with a CD with Sansa media converter.
On my Vista desktop this converter program doenst work! It simply tells me there is no connection, tho i follow the steps in the manual! Has it something to do with Vista, can i download somewhere the newest version? Robbert, The Netherlands |

If you got it to install you had to explore the CD, the autorun doesn't work on Vista. Also, is the device in MTP or PlaysForSure mode? The Sansa Media Converter was programmed to work in both modes, but it works a lot better in MTP or PlaysForSure.

Here is info for video for the Fuze: http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum...ad.php?t=27460
I think people are having a hard time getting third party apps working since it uses DivX. It is the same for the e200v2, too. |

With all new Sansas, SMC must be updated to work, so make sure you have the latest SMC. Also, SMC seems to be the only thing to use with v2's.
