Default 16gb D2 at Jetmall

I'm seeing it at $239 with no accessories (no SD card). Looks like the D2 is still going to be around.

Yeah, this was posted by Enzo on the news page a few days ago. It is good to see that they upgrade to 16GB, now if they'd remove the 3000 file cap then the 16GB would be more usable.

I was about to order the 8gig version a week or so ago but various mishaps with amazon kept me from getting it.... now tada~! 16gigs are for sale! Ordered it a few days ago. AND to continue the streak of luck.... when I was browsing about the local electronic store after going to the theater they had 8gig HCSD cards for sale! 28 dollars after tax

I can't wait for my package.

Thanks! Now to find a decent pair of phones for a reasonable price.

After I saw the news, I took a look at Cowon America and Cowon Global. Neither list the 16 GB in the D2 specifications but I noticed that Cowon Global now lists the number of files as 1000 folders and 8000 files. Last time I had checked there, it matched the numbers on Cowon America (which don't have the new figures). I ordered one today so I guess I'll find out if the limit really has been increased.

I wonder what's the actual reason for having the Cowon America website. They're always behind the times with their company's firmware releases and most other up-to-date info.

Always check Cowon Global (or Cowon Korea) - Cowon America is completely useless.
