Default about 4.13

do i drop the whole uci folder that i unzipped from the download into internal storage?

OR

i do see a my pack folder and a uci folder in it after upgrading to 4.13, do i just drop the individual .uci files in that folder?

it says there that after upgrading to 4.13 that there shouldn't be a my pack\uci folder if one hasn't tried installing the new themes. i haven't tried and it is there. so my question...

It is supposed to be there after the firmware upgrade. You need to add the UCI themes manually.
