Default best software to use

which software is easiest & more user-friendly when it comes to drag&drop files and managing files (like adding a picture on the artist IDtag, etc.) to your P2? Samsung Media Stusio, Windows Media Player, Winamp, etc.?

I use Windows Vista Ultimate, which allows for very simply Drag N' Drop...

No Additional Bloat-Ware!

MediaMonkey is awesome for organizing. As for the bit rates, Switch seems to be the best from reviews I've read. At least the plus version.

may i ask why you'd want to change bitrates? doesn't it further degrade the quality even if you're changing to a higher bitrate?
