Red face What is the highest video bitrate you can use but without to much skip?

Hey people said to make video quality better to raise the bitrate but what is bitrate and how high do I set it? :)

I use about 23-25 fps but yeah don't know about bitrate.

There's some discussion about fps on this thread.

Using WinFF, I have best results with 24fps with 4:3 video, with 16:9 i think 29 is the best, but hey you can try 30fps and see if the video looks OK.

but what about Bit rate? I used 600bps but that was a cartoon and it made the video file twice the size. But the quality was better. Could I go much higher?

Given the relatively small size of the screen, you should probably try to keep the bitrate relatively low - I'd suggest testing with a few different settings, to see which works best for you. The Rockbox WinFF presets use 320kb, which always seemed fine, at least to my eyes.
