Default Best sub-$100 2.1 pc speakers?

What are the best sub-$100 pc speakers? Whether they be in stores or online.

hmmm i saw the logitech x-530 for less than $100, 5.1 surround, though. But if you wanna use it with ur DAP, looka at the logitech X-240, made to be used with MP3 players, and computers. Or if you dont want them for your MP3, then maybe the X-230's
PS. they should all be under $100

How much better are the 240's than the 230's?

I did not say that exactly. I have been reading reviews that people say that the x-230 or x-530 was better then the x-240 and x-540, but I have heard the other way around, too.

Alex M: Take a look at Altec Lansing speakers, better than Logitech and more models available

I could hook them up to the 3.5mm jack but its on the back of my olevia so there's a red/white jack adapter which I can plug the speakers into
.

Long all around? I'm sure you can get extensions for the speakers. There are only two audio RCA inputs. If you want long....... I have some Logitech Z-640s (5.1). The rear speakers have a huge cord length. If you can find them they should be under $70.
