I did this (plugged in cable with Rockbox firmware), and my sansa doesn't turn off. It rebooted, but the OF doesn't start up properly. The screen is blank and the blue ring is lit up. I tried holding the power for 15 seconds. Any other suggestions?

What happens after you hold for 15-20 secs. Does the device turn off?

Weird... It turned off this time... It the last few times I held it. Is there anyway to check if I have the latest bootloader (rockbox). I've heard that might be the problem. (this happened more than once).
