Changing to the original firmware?

I've installed the cpchan build on my e280.. There is a way to change sometimes to the original firmware, like pressing on REC button or something?

When I press on the REC button after I turn on my player, it gives me some info and go back to the splash screen of the cpchan.

You use |<< button while turning it on.

just so you know, holding rec will erase all your settings when you turn rockbox on.

thanks for that tip. once i had a corupt theme and my screen was always black so I re-installed everything again

Just make sure that your Sansa isn't on "hold" when u do that.

Go into recovery mode

deletes everything on your sansa (even the OF)

Rec doesn't delete the settings. It just forces rockbox to skip reading the config.cfg. That means, the cfg will stay, and rockbox will load it untill you press REC again.

Ah OK, well that's handy for when your config files goes corrupt.

ah, cool so I could go back to defaults for just a minuet if I wanted to, then restart holding rec and have my settings back! That format trick is pretty nifty to. My friends with sansas will hate me so much
