DRM timer

There is supposed to be some sort of "quarter circle icon in the upper part of the display" for DRM files right? I don't really see it for my DRM Spiralfrog music. Does anybody know how I can get it (different transferring method or something?) A timer would be really nice so my files won't expire unexpectedly .

I have read that this applies as to Rhapsody music. I don't know if it apples to other DRM music.
