So there's a new Zune firmware, v2.3 and all I know about it is that it improves battery life. If there's more, please post them here to let the world know!

I dunno, maybe it's in my head or something, but the interface feels a little smoother now as well.

the update takes care of the battery issue affecting a small percentage of Zune 30/80 GB users In addition to the battery issue, this update provides some performance improvements:
  • Improved device recognition
  • Improved stability and reliability on sync (both wirelessly and while connected to a PC).

Also in the Podcasts category of your Zune, you can choose to unsubscribe from it.

It is, but the transition from moving menu to menu seems smoother.
