Recorded files can't be played

Hi!

Ive had the Iriverclix u10 2g since march this year and I had never used the voice recording feature until yesterday, I recorded quite a few minutes but I cant play the files. I explored the file of Recordings as indicated in the manual but I cant copy the files into my computer, nor can I play them. Can you please help me? theses recordings are really important.
