Ugly and expensive, but I like Rhapsody better than Yahoo (more complete library), so I'm keeping an eye on this one, and may get it if they get cheaper.

I like the looks of this player... IMO it's more of a Zune competitor, though.

We had an article (with video) about it in January: http://www.anythingbutipod.com/archi...dia-player.php

Does it have a microSD/microSDHC slot? If not, then that's a big plus for the Connect, especially given the recent Connect firmware update that lets you use microSDHC cards up to 8GB.

Haier? You mean the guys who make cheap window air conditioners and refrigerators... is jumping into the DAP market???

I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I mean, Toshiba and Samsung make home appliances - everything ranging from fans to stoves - and even commercial vehicles and forklifts, so I guess this isn't too far of a reach. Still, it sort of reminds me of that phrase, "jack of all trades, master of none"...

AO-Hell? I can't believe those guys still exist! Talk about holdovers from the old dial-up days... IMO they should have gone the way of GEnie and Compuserve.
