Need help creating folders in Clip

I recently got a Clip and it's my first MP3 player. Everything is going pretty well with it, but I'm having problems with the way it displays some folders. I use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the folders I want from my HDD to the Clip, but when I look at the folders within the Clip sometimes they look messed up. For some reason it seems to randomly take songs from some folders and put them into an "unknown" group. Also, whenever I create my own customized folders it always lists them as "unknown". I know there's probably a simple explanation for this, but I have no idea how to fix it. If anybody could help, I'd really appreciate it.

The Clip does not read folder. It reads ID3 tags. So you need to edit the tags of your songs. You can use any app that can edit the song's ID3 tags. I would say Winamp, MP3Tag, or MediaMonkey is the best to do that IMO.

Ok I didn't know that. I usually use Winamp, so I'll see if I can do it with that.
