Is there anyway to put games on sansa e200's? I'd really like to know how.

just curious how easy is it to put game on the sansa once the rockbox is on it? and what kinda files are the games? any if possible where can i download them from? not roms just the hombrew if any

kk just get rockbox, make a folder in your sansa directory named whatever you want, download gbc or gb roms, not gba, and put them in there...Then start up your sansa in rockbox, and find the folder, and open up the game you want....and sorry for the very vague description and such, but Its really easy. Some games are laggy as hell (pokemon) but others aren't. Also, doom is very fun and it basically comes with it.

sounds easy then i thought maybe i would have installed other emu for gb/c games well aint got ma sansa yet but when i get it i will be putting that rockbox on it

the only way is to install rock box. do this at
www.rockbox.org and select your model under the downloads page.

careful somtimes people brick their player doing this.

drop the .rockbox folder in the g:/ (or the root part of the drive)

run sansapatcher.exe (it should come with the download) and it will install the boot loader for you.

im looking at games right now om my sansa and here are a few highlights (i am using the unsupported "M-build" of rockbox so things may differ)

chess
gameboy emulator
nes emulator (laggy and for m-build)
doom
galaga(space invaders)
pacman
pong
Othello
snake
asteroids
sudoku

there are more games (as well as fun little demos and visuals in the "demo" section) that are guaranteed to keep you busy while your waiting on a job interview or sitting in traffic (i dont recommend that last one. lol)
