Default auto convert video podcast?

Hey all,

I know most people grip about the podcast on Zencast.com not being the right format, but what I hate is that I have to do the format conversion. So my question is this...Is there a way to automatically convert video podcast to a Zen compatible format (xvid preferably)? I use a number of programs to grab media from online (torrents, podcast, youtube, etc) and I dump them in one directory. How can I for example schedule a task to auto convert these files and then delete the old files? Thanks

jf

Here is a little update. I found a batch file over at the creative forums for autoconverting podcast to divx, but the files don't play on my ZVM. Here is a clip of the code and a link.

echo C:\mplayer\mencoder "%f" -o "%f.menc.avi" -oac mp3lame -lameopts mode=2:cbr:br=128:vol=0 -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=768:vhq -ffourcc XVID >> C:\convertqueue.txt

The batch file uses mencoder from mplayer. It is converting my files properly, but they don't transfer. does anyone have any advice?
