Petition for an even better D2?!?

I know a lot of people have different demands than others on how they could make their player better. But could "Anything But iPod" put together a petition be made so certain major things could be implemented into the firmware (for example: gapless playback) that everyone could sign then be presented to Cowon iAudio? Better one big voice to make changes than tons of small ones...right? Just an idea, it seems they should be making us happy since we are the ones putting money in their pockets right?

Good idea, but Cowon might not listen, they're immensely stubborn and lost focus about what the community wants.

I already sent them a letter with some hints/ideas/demands, and I got eXity from iAudiophile and Dominic from DAPreview to send them the same...

Post your ideas here, and I'll post mine too. At least that's a beginning.

Well i figure if there were enough of us united they can't ignore us right? Take a simple thing like gapless being implemented could make their players even more desirable and more popular....don't they realize that?

I think so, I'd say it's the best flash player in it's class on the market as is, great sound quality, SDHC expansion, support for a number of audio formats, good touchscreen interface, long battery life, good video playback (could use wider support), etc.

I second HipHopScribe's post...

The D2 is great, per se... too bad the firmware programmers are bad, and/or have their priorities all messed up.
