Does anyone know where I can find one? And how about a charger?

Apparently the man at Radio Shack said my friend was "screwed".

Default Griffin Powerblock Charger

The Powerblock made by Griffin is a charger that works wth Sandisk Sansa e200 series.

Chances are they will have a cable suitable for you. I got one for my Z5 and it works perfectly.
