Creating playlists on YP-T7J

Hey, I've just got Samsung YP-T7J and I've been trying to figure it out how to create playlists on it. That's what I've been trying to do:
Create Playlist on WMP and simply sync songs to mp3 player.

But whenever I go to navigation mode to check if there is a playlist, it says " No File".

How do I transfer playlists?

Ever figure that out? what program is best for syncing and creating playlists?

I've been playing around with this too. My issue is that I have 1000's of MP3 but I keep them on an external HD. But I wish to create playlists on the existing files I have on my YP-U2J. I've had the most luck using Winamp, It will create a playlist, however when I restart winamp or re-plug in the device, it will not display the playlists on the YP-U2J. Its annoying.
