That sounds fairly useful. I like it.

Yuuup! I'm hoping its not too hard to pull off! If I remember correctly, it's easy to port apps from Zune HD to WP7 so I'm assuming it's the same vice versa??

Think again. It is easy to port zune apps to WP7 because the visual studio allows you to convert from an old version of xna (3.1 for the zune) to a new version of xna (4.0 for WP7). But you cannot convert from 4.0 to 3.1.

Bummer, I know. I have tried.

Except the Bing Mobile app isn't just in XNA to begin with. I think it's made with Silverlight.

This would be no easy port. It might be possible, but it would be a new app from the ground up.

Thanks for pointing that out. I jorgot that WP7 apps are not made in xna. I must be spending too much time with xna 3.1

If you share the love, no such thing as spending too much time devving exists.

WP7 does XNA 4.0 and Silverlight. Just depends on what you want to make.

You'd think it would be easier than something else, seeing as it's inter-MS.
