Yuuup! I'm hoping its not too hard to pull off! If I remember correctly, it's easy to port apps from Zune HD to WP7 so I'm assuming it's the same vice versa??

Except the Bing Mobile app isn't just in XNA to begin with. I think it's made with Silverlight.
This would be no easy port. It might be possible, but it would be a new app from the ground up.

WP7 does XNA 4.0 and Silverlight. Just depends on what you want to make.
