Computer not identifying my Zen Mozaic
I have a Gateway laptop with windows 7. Its been a long time since the problem has started, and I have just been looking around casually for solutions, and haven't really investigated much, but I'm hoping some people can help me now. I've tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them. I read somewhere that wmp 11 is supposed to be autamatically installed with windows7. If anyone has a solution, PLEASE, let me know. I plug in my mp3 player and it charges, but will not let me access the player though the software that comes with the cd. (primarily the media source). I get a message saying the device driver software was not successfully installed. Thanks.
To clarify, the mp3 player connected fine from June-December and then one day, it just stopped working. I don't know if my computer updated and messed the driver up or what.
