h264 from DVDFab8 don't play

I use DVDFab 6.2.0.5 to creating h264 videos from dvds. Today i installed new version of DVDFab 8.0.6.8. Video created with older version DVDFab played in my Cowon S9 very well. But video created with new version of DVDFab is not able to play. Both versions of DVDFab use same coding profile.

I find only one difference between these two videos. Older DVDFab create video with video format profile : Baseline@L1.3. What do you think, is that reason why video don't play?

The MediaInfo of the new version doesn't show the absolutely most important settings - it misses the profile, if CABAC was used or not, how many reframes, etc. I downloaded your file and didn't see any further info as well. This is very weird, and most likely the cause for your issues. Seems they use a new version of Lavf (= ffmpeg) for encoding, maybe that is another issue as well.
