Since I'm a Fan of Cowon May I suggest the iAudio U3 4GB*.

There is a 2GB* but I'm linking you to the 4GB* cause wondered if you'd be nice to put in the extra $10.

The Firmware which should be upgraded can be found Here.

Note: ONLY update the Firmware V1.21 IF the Firmware is lower then V1.12Beta. If the Firmware is higher then V1.25 then update to V1.26.

The Firmware can be found on the link I provided up above.

I suggest to you a sansa e200 player. They do everything your sister wants.. Movies, Images, and definitely songs.

The U3 Suggested above is a nice player but the screen is just wayy to small to view pictures and definitely movies. The sansa e200 has a nice large screen for her to watch her movies and look at pictures.

Same site as above but the SANSA E260. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16855125012
Same price and you get a bigger screen!!!

The Zen V Plus is also worth looking at. It does music, movies, and photos, as well as FM radio and voice recording. As a Zen, it has great sound and picture quality! Although the MSRP for the 4GB Zen V Plus is $179, I'm sure you'll be able to find this in stores for around $150 or less. If not, the 2GB player will definitely fit your sister's budget.

Following the same vein of recommending the player that you own, I'll be the first to give props to the Samsung T9. Small, sleek, does videos/photos/radio/music. Awesome deal.

But the Sansa and Zen V are both nice ones to start off on.

Both are made by "crappy" companies the quality won't be as good as any of the above mentioned players. Their cheap for a reason

i have the same amount and i made my list down to 2 players.

Samsung t9 - 2gb for $130
Sansa e260 - 4gb for $140

both in this site http://www.bhphotovideo.com

I am going to buy the samsung since it look better,
the sansa give me 2gb more for $10 more but i dont like
it because it is more thicker and uglier, also i can survive

Lol pr_master.. Double Post.

I have to say though that out of everything mentioned for the price range, the Sansa e250 would be the best for the buck.. If you could cash out another $10 e260 for 2 more GB would be worth it. NEWEGG.com

Also that cheap one you mentioned COBY, it's a cheap brand, the sound output wouldn't be as great, the quality won't be great either.

iRiver is a respected brand name I believe...

it looks awsome, how come it's so relatively cheap?
