Weird Charlie Chaplin Time Traveler Film
Read about this over at Coast to Coast AM's website and watched the video. Truly strange stuff here. I suppose there's a perfectly innocuous, innocent answer behind this footage, but still...it's kinda weird.

Bizarre indeed...Fun to speculate on the time travel bit and I do not have a good explanation at the moment.
Perhaps the person came from a dentist, was given an ice pack to hold near cheek and was caught talking to themselves in pain.... Or maybe it really is a time traveler. But surely it would not be an iPhone4 user - look at how the person is holding the "phone"  Interesting video
