Problem with sansa clip+ recorder

Hello i'm an Italian Guy so forgive my poor english.

I have a problem with my new sansa clip+. I have notice that the recorder has a terrible noise in the background and a sort of regular clik.
It's only a problem of my sansa clip+ or someone else have the same problem?
I have read that some user has had the same problem with the sansa clip but with the clip+?
It's possible to solve this problem with some new firmware or not?
And if it's possible what firmware i have to install?
I hope you can help me

If format doesn't work, why not try installing the latest firmware to test. BTW formatting will erase all your files, so don't forget to back up.

I have the same problem..I formatted and installed the latest firmware, but the problem doesn't resolve!!

I don't use the clip to record, but did test it a few times and IIRC recording at a distance with the origional clip did pick up some system noise, but if it seems not normal or like too much, you can try to RMA it if it's less than a year old. Although you must note, this isn't it's primary function.

The clip is very sensitive. If at all possible, leave it on a firm surface and avoid touching it. If you have to wear it on clothing, try not to touch it but you will find it to be sensitive.
