Hello all.
I have read about similar problems, but not exactly the same as mine. I'll start by saying I have a 16gb Mozaic, and it works great.(recently tossed my iRiver H10 in the trash) It has the latest firmware. I don't bother to sync with anything, I just drag and drop my music easily enough from a mass file backed up on an external drive. I have not used the CC software, nor do I want to. anyway..my only issue is this: There are times when my song doesn't show up in the "Artist" section, but I can search the "Albums" section, and it's there. I would never want to search my songs by album...so,how to I get them to always show up under the "artist" section...both for now, and for further additions? It seems to happen randomly...out of 1455 songs, there are maybe a dozen not showing up under my "artist" title. I have tried to avoid bothering you guys with my problems, but I just can't get it to "see" the songs all in one place. thanks in advance for any help! It sounds like you have missing, incomplete, or inaccurate ID3 tags in some of your songs. Your Mozaic uses these tags to index your songs and display them where they are supposed to be.
I recommend downloading and installing a bulk ID3 tagging utility such as MP3Tag, then using it to inspect all of your songs' tags - particularly those of the songs that aren't showing up properly.

Thank You. I figured it was a tag issue. I renamed some songs in Windows Media Player, and that seems to have worked...so far.
