need help choosing a pmp! 3 or 4 choices.

long time lurker first post!

what i want/need is a pmp that can play video files with out needing to reencode. i get my stuff off torrents and most of it is us tv shows, top gear, and anime. they range form .avi to .mkv

after school starts i wont have time to encode them to my phone. ill be taking 18-20 units per semester for the next 2 years. i was thinking of getting the samsung i8910 but i have a nokia 5800...ill wait till the next batch of phones to be announced!

what do you guys think?

i am also considering the zii egg, only thats stopping me is the fact that i dont know what it will play natively!

Well I think the S9 and O2 play mkv - I know that the P3 doesn't.

The P3 will play mp4 natively, though.

Probably the best player for video is the 02 - it seems to support everything.
