I cannot access all my music anymore

Today when I tried finding an album I found that not only was that one not on there, bbut a few from what I had played this week. I tried resetting it which didn't work and when I tried adding the songs again in WMP it came up with an error. Also, the player shows I have little room left so I know I have not deleted them even by accident.

How can I access my files again?

Try to access it through UMS mode. Through 'My Computer'.
