How are these NewEgg Clips working, any problems?

Any problem with their headphone jacks not "seating" properly?

Got my V1 Silver refurb clip from ECOST, I wish silver was not so dark, it makes it hard to tell the differrence between my black Clip.

Had a problem with this refurb clip not staying connected to the computer...although plugged in the connection breaks (without moving it) so that I have to move a file onto it multiple times.

Wonder if I'll have to return it?
