Z5 won't start any more

hi,

Yesterday when i wanted to switch on my Z5 it got stuck on the SAMSUNG logo screen. I used it one day before and it worked perfect. No charging between the two uses. The samsung logo screen stays until the battery is empty. i tried to charge it again - no change. The player is not recognized by the computer either.
Tried to hold the select button while connecting to the pc (to recognize the player as an smtp3600 device) - it worked one time - but never again.

I tried to open it and disconnect the battery - no change...

please help - i really love(d) this player

that happened to me before too
I pressed the reset button on the bottom and everything was back to normal

I tried this 100 times... no change. when i press the reset button it just switches off. and when i try to switch it on again - same problem as before.
