Computer Doesn't Like Software

I just got my ibiza. Since the box says to install the software before plugging in the player, I insert the CD into my computer. It takes excruciatingly long to boot up, and when it finally does, I get a Vista popup that says "ibiza Rhapsody has stopped working, Windows will notify you when a solution is available blah blah blah". I've rebooted my computer several times, and the same thing happens every time I insert the CD or attempt to start the autorun manually. Occasionally, I'll get a strange little box appearing on my screen, which apparently has something to do with the ibiza. Screen capture: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2a2d6q&s=3

What's going on and how to I fix and/or work out this?

I use Windows Vista Home Basic.

What is the number for tech support? I cannot find it anywhere in the player manual.
