With the laziness, technical ignorance, and stupidity, of the MP3 makers ie, making smaller and smaller MP3 players with crappy battery life, non-replaceable batteries, controls too small to operate with thumb or fingers, hard drives that don't work if unit dropped, scratchable cases, freezing up, won't play big files, etc, etc, I thought I finally found the perfect MP3 player I was looking for in the B153.

I liked the review at DapReviews.com and was ready to buy a 2GB until I saw a review/complaint from someone who got the Sys Err and couldn't get rid of it. The website has a FAQ which says to download and install the firmware but this person said it did not fix the problem and he either couldn't get a response from MobiBLU or he sent the unit in and it came back still bad.

I also saw another review which praised the B153 but said support was non-existant so if you have any problems you are stuck.

So I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this error and fixed it or if it has been corrected in firmware. Don't mind taking a chance for a few bucks but $119 plus $8 shipping is too much for a DAP that is going to crap out in a couple months.
