Clip+ changing folder names

Transferring media over to the external sdhc card, when I go to browse in folder mode I notice the Clip+ has renamed two of my folders by putting strings of numbers and letters in front of the folder...

Can I transfer files directly to the microSD card using the Clip+

Just received a 4gb Clip+ for the holidays, and I need to buy a microSD card for it to increase its capacity.

So my question is, will I need to buy a separate reader to be able to transfer files...

My FLAC files didn't have any tags on them (had removed them since i used folder view in the Vibez) so they wouldn't have worked in the Clip. Not really a big deal as I don't have tons of CDs to rip...

Yeah, I actually bought the headphones first based off all the positive reviews from both here and Head-Fi.org, and then went looking for a player to match up with them!

Kind of a backwards way...
