I received a call from the shop where I got the headphones from, they said that senneheiser didnt replace them cause they didnt find any fault.

There is no way to get the files back automatically, but if you search the forums a bit I'm sure that you will find the videos and wallpapers that came with the P2. Many people have uploaded them...
