I have had the Clip+ for a few years. I bought the Clip Zip a few months ago. I couldn't stand the original firmware on the Clip Zip, however with Rockbox the Clip Zip is much better than a Rockboxed...

Only 11-15 hours of battery life for a new player? Keep in mind that this will drop over time as the player ages. I want a player that starts out with around double the absolute minimum battery life...
