fix custom splash with bmp resize

The error you are getting is related to the bitmap resize patch.
Look in the misc.c file for the show_splash function.
The portion that reads the bmp file need to be replaced with the
commented...

Start a plugin from a plugin

All this plugin does is strip "<>" html tags
and then create a txt file to open in the viewer.
All text not enclosed in tags is displayed.

This patch DOES fix the date problem.
This was my mistake when I reported that it did not.
I patched an unclean file with some of my attempts at fixing still in place.
In my defense it was late....

I have been using amarok 1.4 on Debian, with no tagging problems for wma's. I did have to upgrade to 1.4 for wma tagging to work correctly, previous versions did not work. Also had to update id3libs...
