yes, i have tried that one too, it recognises it has been plugged in if i put it into boot mode first but then and asks for drivers, as i dont have the drivers i cannot load anything onto the player.

tcctool now recognises the device and attempts to load f/w but i get an error that the file size is too large,

hi all, noob with a problem!

whilst in the middle of a firmware update we suffered a power failiure , now when i switch the unit on it starts with "checking firmware", it then updates a few items...
