nope...sorry. Zen players make use of the Id3 tags. If you tag everything up correctly, it won't make any difference how you store your actual files on the player.

I haven't had any problems at all with any Creative player and Vista. It was a revelation, actually. Just plugged anything into the USB cable and Vista already knew all about it and presto.
