Have you tried drag-and-dropping the files instead of syncning to see if they transfer over? Are the ID3 Tags properly filled in for all of the files?

Hello. :) If you open up the Windows Explorer and try to drag-and-drop the file over, how does the Zen react then? It definitely sounds like a formatting issue within the file the Zen does not like.
